Yellowstone Weekend

We decided to take a trip up to Yellowstone National Park last weekend. We had so much fun! We've gone before but Avery was the age Cam is now. This time she knew what they animals were and was so excited when we got to see some. She has her own teddy bear that she takes everywhere with her so we thought she would love the Grizzly and Wolf exhibit. We got there just as they were about to let the bears out to search for food. We were just twenty feet from these huge grizzlies. Avery loved it! (Just a side note, it snowed today...in JUNE!!)




This is a deer we saw feeding a new born fawn. She had given birth less than an hour before. This picture was taken just as she was about to eat her placenta. We almost lost our lunch.
